America at 250 Poetry Contest – “From Sea to Shining Sea”

For Ages 11 – 18
Entries Accepted February 1 – March 31

The Children’s Museum invites students ages 11-18 to submit an original poem for its first-ever poetry contest. Entries must reflect the theme “America at 250: From Sea to Shining Sea.” Winning poems will be displayed on the Museum’s website.

Awards will be given in two age groups:

Ages 11–14
1st Place: $50 Visa Gift Card
2nd Place: $25 CMOR Museum Store Gift Certificate

Ages 15–18
1st Place: $100 Visa Gift Card
2nd Place: $50 Visa Gift Card
